Negative Energy

Negative energy is just as prevalent and necessary has positive energy.  They both co-exist and for some, depending on your location it is the necessary component for survival.  Everything and everyone requires balance.  The yin and yang, masculine and feminine, good and bad.  It is all energy. The fluid that flows among us all.  We are taught to just focus on the positive things in life, but depending on who you are it is the negative or dark things that bring you the most pleasure.

It is common practice to ignore your dark side and to constantly be in a positive state of mind.  I know that "being" positive and having an overall "feeling" of goodness tends to bring you more of those moments.   Looking at the brighter side of things brings more of those happy moments into your life, but what do the negative things being?  Lesson and consequences?  If we change our ideas about what is negative or positive would it change the outcome?

For example, sex.  Sex is looked upon as something that can be negative if you have had several sexual partners. Or if you have sex before marriage?  It's considered a sacred act until you actually have it and enjoy it.  Depending on how and when you have it determines if it is negative or positive.  Sex is a natural act among humans. It creates the highest level of vibration.  It's euphoric and creates a marriage between two spirits.  It doesn't matter who you actually marry, you create a union with all of your past sexual partners and a documented marriage does not erase that.   It's powerful, it can alter your perception and control your emotional state.  Sex does not know if you are in love, yet many have fallen in love with it.  The energy created from it can be negative or positive.

Hold on to your positive energy, your highest vibrational spiritual state.  The spirit is what may be in jeopardy.  Pay attention to the vibes you get when you walk into a room, or how you feel when you are engaging in conversation.  The energy can and will tell you all that you need to know.  Whatever you decide to make your dominant energy whether positive or negative, it is impossible to not experience negative energy from people, places or things.  Go there, but don't stay there.

Choose Love

They Hate That You Are Loved....Oh Well!

Ahhh the face of jealousy, envy, and hate.    Some are close, others are far away but they pay attention to all that you do.  They judge your every move, yet admire you and hate you for being who you are.  The trolls, the lurkers, the low vibrating entities that social media has almost made invisible, but they are there.  That energy does not survive long, in secret mode, they eventually come out and shows themselves, and when they do, it's always a surprise to those who held them close.

The insurmountable energy that people spend on making themselves feel less, by hating on another is sometimes unbelievable.  You never really know why people hold such feelings toward someone they have made their competition, adversary or muse.  It is all in their head.  They have yet to realize that the same abilities live within them. They too have the power to create the life that they want.  However, instead, they focus on your greatness while denying their own.  They hate the fact that you are loved because they are unable to give that love to themselves or others.   Please, whatever you do, do not make that your problem.

I am here to encourage you to keep going.  The people who are pseudo there for you will eventually be revealed.  When you are elevating yourself, those who can not go with you will eventually be removed from your life. Everyone will not be allowed to reap the benefits of your cup being full. The universe removes people and replace them with people who are more aligned with who you are becoming.  I went through a period where people were falling off left and right, I thought wow I am losing people. But the fact was, people were losing me.  Someone even made the comment that there must be something wrong with me.  I had to laugh because at that point I realized that she was one of the people that needed to be removed and eventually she did remove herself.  

The tides are changing, some people will make the decision to live a better life, grow in love, create better friendships, and just live a great life.  Others will be doing the same shit they did ten years ago, let them.  Let them judge you while you travel the world, let them stay in their same mode of living, while you fall in love with the man of your dreams, let them sell themselves short (literally) while you create more love and abundance around you.   Never be mad when people fall off, let them, I guarantee your life will get better.
